The 19th West Lake Expo and the 3rd World Leisure Expo opened to public free of charge at Hangzhou International Expo Center today.
With a total exhibition area of 90,000 square meters, the theme exhibitions are the largest event at the center after G20 Summit last year. Altogether, 40 countries, regions and 51 domestic cities have put on show their unique sceneries and leisure lifestyles.
At the exhibition, visitors will see not only the traditional tea, handcrafts, silk and tourism industries, but also the high-tech solutions including face recognition, AR and voice technologies.
For this weekend, there will be also a number of other exhibitions, including China International Silk Expo, Fine Arts Fair, China Yangtze River Delta Sports and Leisure Expo, Hangzhou (International) Cultural Tourism Fair and China (Hangzhou) International Indoor Sports Exhibition and Fitness Carnival.
All the exhibitions are held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center, and visitors can take free shuttle buses at Jiangling Road Station of Metro Line 1 and Qianjiang Century City Station of Metro Line 2 from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and the return shuttle buses will leave the center from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
